GC GENTECH CORPORATION aims to achieve quality service by providing fair and honest business with customers, suppliers, and employees.


Principles


12 Principles that an employee must follow to achieve quality service:


  1. To be punctual on the working hours set by the company.

  2. Good manners and right conduct are maintained all the time.

  3. To protect and promote the good reputation of the company.

  4. To obey all company's health and safety rules and regulations.

  5. To respect and be honest in dealing with co-worker, suppliers and customers.

  6. To work with integrity. No solicitation of favors, gifts or any form of bribery.

  7. To protect and safeguard the company's property and the customer's property.

  8. To accomplish the work timely, effectively and efficiently; and to be accountable in safety while performing work.

  9. To obey work instructions given by their department heads/supervisor and accountable for safety while in the performance of the assigned work.

  10. To obey the dress code set by the company and to maintain good grooming all the time; jewelries, cosmetics and accessories are conventional and appropriate for the work.

  11. To have the initiative to do their task with less supervision and work diligently. Avoid stealing ideas or taking credit for the reports, proposals, or sales of another employee.

  12. Employees are encouraged to pursue continuous education to upgrade skills and abilities in order to perform well. They must honor their training contract to GC Gentech Corporation.


12 Organization's Principles and Practices to achieve quality service


  1. To build or provide goodwill in the community.

  2. GC Gentech Corporationg must conduct business ethically.

  3. To clearly state a policy on additional charges e.g. shipping costs.

  4. It does not exploit workers or deal with any contractors or sub-contractors who could exploit workers in other countries.

  5. It does not engage in any activities that could be damaging to the environment. The company practices the recycling program.

  6. It does not allow their employees to receive gifts, gratuities and kickbacks or any form of bribery from suppliers and clients.

  7. It does not discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, and disability in every aspect of the business.

  8. It practices equal opportunities, diverse work force and fosters a culture that welcomes contributions from people of different backgrounds.

  9. To ensure that the right of each employee is respected in the same way that each employee follows the company's rules, principles, policies, and practices.

  10. To provide clear and fair terms of employment as stated in Section 3 Conditions of Employment of GC Gentech Corporation Guidelines Governing the Employment of Workers, which follows the Philippine Labor Code.

  11. To be fair and completely transparent with clients by having an access to all information they need prior to making a purchase or signing a contract and offer continued support throughout the relationship with them.

  12. GC Gentech Corporation has a fair remuneration policy where employees know and understand how and when their pay and benefits, including bonuses and pensions (SSS, Pag-ibig Fund, and PhilHealth) are determined. NONCOMPLIANCE TO THE CODE OF ETHICS SET BY GC GENTECH CORPORATION CAN BE RAISE TO THE DEPARTMENT HEADS/SUPERVISORS AND TO BE REPORTED TO HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT FOR APPROPRIATE ACTIONS. GC GENTECH CORPORATION RULES OF DISCIPLINE WILL BE APPLIED.
